FAQs

Do you offer a free initial consultation?

Absolutely! When you reach out, I’ll schedule a 15-minute complimentary consultation. This is your opportunity to share what’s bringing you to therapy and to ask questions about my approach, procedures, and what to expect from our sessions.

How often will we meet once we start therapy?

I usually recommend weekly sessions initially, to help us build a strong therapeutic relationship and work toward your goals effectively. As we progress, your needs may shift, and we can adjust the frequency accordingly.

Can my baby join the session if I don’t have childcare?

Yes! Babies are welcome to join sessions. I aim to remove barriers to your mental health support, so please feel free to bring your little one along.

Do you offer in-peron or virtual sessions?

Currently, I provide all sessions virtually through a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform. You can join from any private, comfortable space, whether at home or your office.

Do you accept insurance?

I am an out-of-network provider, so I do not bill insurance directly. However, I can supply a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.

How much can I expect to be reimbursed?

Reimbursement varies depending on your insurance plan. I can provide a helpful handout with questions to ask your insurance provider to determine your out-of-network benefits and potential reimbursement amounts.

Can I use my HSA or FSA to pay for therapy?

Yes! Many clients use their HSA or FSA cards to cover therapy expenses. However, I recommend confirming with your specific card provider to ensure your account qualifies for mental health services
